The Telephone Operator role at KPJ Healthcare involves managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. You will ensure effective communication within the hospital and assist in maintaining operational standards.
As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for answering and routing incoming calls on a complex digital telephone system, responding to inquiries about hospital services, and ensuring calls are transferred to the correct departments. You will maintain logs of calls, operate the PA system for emergency announcements, and update hospital directories. Additionally, you will perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth communication within the hospital.
Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
1-2 years experience in customer service industry
Good verbal and oral communication skills
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Computer literate
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Interface with various levels of the organization
