Job Description
As a Telephone Operator, you will engage in daily interactions with callers, utilizing a complex digital telephone system to manage inquiries and direct calls appropriately. You will work in a dynamic hospital environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Respond to inquiries regarding hospital services and provide accurate information.
- Maintain logs of calls for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Operate the PA system for emergency announcements as needed.
- Update and manage hospital directories to ensure accurate information.
- Assist supervisors with additional tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance communication efficiency.
Job Requirements
Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
1-2 years experience in the customer service industry
Good verbal and oral communication skills
Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Computer literate
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Interface with various levels of the organization
