Job Description
As a Toll Collector, you will work in a dynamic environment where you interact with various road users daily. Your primary focus will be on collecting tolls and ensuring the toll equipment is functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect tolls from vehicles efficiently.
- Ensure toll equipment is functioning well and report any malfunctions.
- Receive and report information and complaints from road users.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Toll Supervisor.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in ensuring a smooth flow of traffic at the toll plaza.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least SPM qualification.
Good communication skills.
