
The Toll Collector serves as the first point of contact for highway users, ensuring efficient toll collection and customer service. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
To represent the company as front liner servicemen and to provide courteous, efficient and accurate service to the highway users. Responsibilities include collecting toll from vehicles, ensuring the toll equipment is functioning well, and reporting any malfunctions. Additionally, the role involves receiving and reporting information and complaints from road users and undertaking other duties as directed by the Toll Supervisor.
Must possess at least SPM qualification
