Toolcrib Technician – AirAsia

The Toolcrib Technician is responsible for ensuring the availability of serviceable and appropriate tools and equipment for maintenance activities. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the operational efficiency of the maintenance team at the Hub station.

In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve monitoring and managing tools and equipment essential for line and base maintenance. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with maintenance teams to ensure all tools are calibrated and in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor tool and equipment movement to ensure availability.
• Update status of tools and equipment regularly.
• Maintain calibrated tools and arrange for calibration as needed.
• Manage the Toolcrib area to ensure organization and efficiency.
• Send defective tools for repair and track their status.
• Ensure discrepancy reports are completed and addressed.
• Administer spares and materials to support maintenance operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
