
The Trainer and Web Content Editor is responsible for ensuring all digital content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience. This role also involves providing training sessions on institutional application usage to internal users, impacting the overall effectiveness of digital communication within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of digital content while also conducting training sessions for staff. You will work in a collaborative environment that values creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication, English, or a related field.
Certification in Training & Development is a plus.
3+ years of experience in training/facilitation and content editing/management.
Proficiency in a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
