Role Summary
The Transaction Management - Associate Director / Director is responsible for overseeing real estate transaction activities for a complex or high-profile portfolio of properties. This role involves strategic planning and execution to align with corporate clients' real estate goals.
Job Description
In this position, you will manage day-to-day real estate transactions, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement portfolio-wide transaction strategies for real estate properties.
- Coordinate with field resources and stakeholders for lease renewals and new site acquisitions.
- Manage the disposition of surplus space through subleasing and sales.
- Monitor lease expirations and negotiate leases and amendments.
- Provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities.
- Ensure alignment of real estate plans with clients' strategic goals.
- Analyze financial terms and principles related to transactions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of applicable industry experience.
Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
