
The Transaction Management - Associate Director / Director is responsible for overseeing real estate transaction activities for a complex or high-profile portfolio of properties. This role involves strategic planning and execution to align with corporate clients' real estate goals.
In this position, you will manage day-to-day real estate transactions, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful lease renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of applicable industry experience.
Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
