The Traveler & International Services Specialist will manage and enhance CelcomDigi's Global Connectivity offerings. This role involves analyzing product performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive market positioning.
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will support the commercial management and growth of CelcomDigi’s Global Connectivity portfolio, including roaming, travel SIMs/eSIMs, and IDD services. You will work closely with a senior product manager to drive product performance, support go-to-market execution, and ensure offerings remain competitive and commercially viable.
Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in product, commercial, business analysis, or strategy roles
Exposure to telco, digital products, subscription services, or travel-related businesses is an advantage
Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident using Excel and PowerPoint
Good commercial judgment with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
