Role Summary
The Traveler & International Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the commercial management and growth of CelcomDigi’s Global Connectivity portfolio. This role involves collaborating with a senior product manager to enhance product performance and ensure competitive offerings in the market.
Job Description
In this role at CelcomDigi, you will engage in the day-to-day management of the Global Connectivity portfolio, focusing on roaming, travel SIMs/eSIMs, and IDD services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product performance and support go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial management of the Global Connectivity portfolio.
- Collaborate with the senior product manager to enhance product performance.
- Analyze market trends to ensure offerings remain competitive.
- Assist in the execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor product performance metrics and provide insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve services.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in product, commercial, business analysis, or strategy roles.
Exposure to telco, digital products, subscription services, or travel-related businesses is an advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical skills; confident using Excel and PowerPoint.
Good commercial judgment with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
