Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily tasks that include reviewing and analyzing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires resilience and strong coping skills due to potential exposure to sensitive content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review user profiles and content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve reported or system-flagged issues effectively.
- Classify and remove objectionable content as per client policies.
- Communicate complex content issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous training and workgroup discussions.
- Advocate for the user community by providing support and guidance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
