Job Description
As an Undergraduate Intern in the Production Operations team at Dell Technologies, you will engage in daily activities that involve monitoring production lines and identifying areas for improvement. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting the transition from testing to full-scale production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in monitoring production lines.
- Identify efficiency improvements in production processes.
- Analyze production data to present performance results to leaders.
- Support lean manufacturing projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure product quality before shipping to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to understand production operations.
Job Requirements
Pursuing a degree in electricity, engineering, or a computer-related field.
Strong communication skills with some leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to follow processes, policies, and practices for compliance.
Available for an internship duration of 4 to 6 months starting from February or March 2026.
