The User Feedback Position involves reading and analyzing user feedback submitted via the Feedback app built into phones. The role requires identifying and investigating issues based on the feedback by communicating with users, highlighting critical problems promptly, and managing user groups.
Familiar with the functions of the main modules of the phone, such as Network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, mobile phone testing experience is preferred.
Good at communication, good at thinking about problems, good teamwork skills.
Have a certain cognition and understanding of the problems reported by users, and have a certain sensitivity to the problems.
Have empathy, empathize with users' feedback, and are willing to serve users.
Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate effectively with foreign users.
English level 4 or above is preferred, knowledge of Russian, Spanish, Indonesian is preferred.
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese, able to communicate effectively with Xiaomi domestic employees.
