Job Description
In this role, you will engage with users to gather and analyze feedback through the Feedback app integrated into mobile devices. You will identify critical issues and collaborate with user groups to ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user feedback to identify trends and issues.
- Communicate with users to clarify feedback and gather additional insights.
- Highlight critical problems and escalate them promptly.
- Manage user groups to facilitate discussions and gather diverse perspectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address user-reported issues.
- Develop reports on user feedback for management review.
- Ensure a high level of empathy and service in all user interactions.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with mobile phone functions such as Network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC.
Experience in mobile phone testing is preferred.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy towards users and a willingness to serve.
Fluent in English (reading and writing) for effective communication with foreign users.
Proficiency in Chinese for communication with domestic employees.
Knowledge of additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, or Indonesian is preferred.
