The position includes managing technical SEO tasks, website updates, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable digital solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12 years of experience in web development, technical support, or a similar role (agency experience preferred).
Strong working knowledge of WordPress, including theme structure, functions.php and basic plugin customisation.
Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Experience with WooCommerce or e-commerce websites is a plus.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs (JSON, XML) and MySQL databases is beneficial.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and Bootstrap grid system is desirable.
Basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
