Job Description
The Wellbeing Ambassador at Taylor's Residence engages daily with residents to ensure their well-being and satisfaction. This position involves fostering a sense of community and operational efficiency in a vibrant living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents in their well-being and satisfaction.
- Foster community engagement through various activities.
- Maintain operational efficiency within the residence.
- Create a safe and inclusive living environment.
- Address residents' concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Organize events and programs that promote well-being.
- Collaborate with other staff to enhance resident experience.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in student housing, higher education, hospitality, youth work, event management, or community programs.
Preferably certified in Psychological First Aid and holds a Train-the-Trainer qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an advantage.
