
The Wellbeing Ambassador is responsible for supporting the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents. This role focuses on student support, fostering community engagement, and maintaining operational efficiency to create a safe and inclusive living environment aligned with the four pillars of well-being: Physical, Social, Emotional, and Intellectual.
The Wellbeing Ambassador at Taylor's Residence engages daily with residents to ensure their well-being and satisfaction. This position involves fostering a sense of community and operational efficiency in a vibrant living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Counselling Psychology, Hospitality, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in student housing, higher education, hospitality, youth work, event management, or community programs.
Preferably certified in Psychological First Aid and holds a Train-the-Trainer qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an advantage.
