Relevant Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of job-related experience.
Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
Experienced with soft services scope such as housekeeping, security, and cleaning.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Good team player.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
