No wlb You will be assigned to different stream but promised something else. They will consider you as a fresher even if you have a good years of experience, no respect for your experience and knowledge. They think only Accenture is the only organisation in this world and they will teach you everything

Accenture's model is that of a body farm, If you are new to the consulting industry this is good, otherwise it is easy to get stuck performing what is essentially call center work. Raises and promotions have also been slow to come over the last several years according to several around the office. They also lean very heavy into the diversity and inclusion to the point where people are afraid to actually state their thoughts the way the alphabet people do.

Leadership need more Alignment because reactions not made quickly
