- a number and not a person - brutal rankings in review sessions - unclear processes - network based value rather than delivery and contribution - side of desk is a big part of getting prompted

Just prepare yourself from everything but Accenture is a very good company

Competitive within same team (sometimes toxic) No clear feedback on performance No pay rises - received pay cut for changing location after no pay rise in 3 years (not even inflation) Promotions based on slots and network, not only merit

-Projects are at the mercy of clients, and you can be taken off a project for any reason by client -Easy to get pigeonholed -Sometimes company bills as you more experienced to clients than you actually are which raises expectations from you -If in technology, sometimes feel not as in tune to company culture since more focused on client work than general accenture busines -long hours are somewhat of an expecations on certain projects, dont be surprised if manager casually asks that you can work on a weekend -Sometimes drought of projects, especially with offshoring
