-> Not a company where you settle -> hike are good but don't compare it with the hike which you get if you switch. -> higher management is egoistic -> if you see managers having more then 10 years or exp in same project just run. -> due to constant market correction, associates, analyst and senior analysts are in target (PIP). -> PIP does not necessarly depends on the performance, it depends on the budget and management.

Promotion timelines are very inconsistent

appraisal and other benefits will single digit %, variable pay is a trap, you will never get full, probably you will get 10% of the total variable pay

Promotional pay isn’t high, only about 2-3% additional.

Low pay, way belove industry standards You don't get a bump in salary for earning a higher degree Hard to know what qualifies you for a promotion, Good feedback and certificates won't get you anywhere unless you also get involved in extra activities and have a people lead who will take the time to advocate for you.

The Salary hikes should improve

I have worked on four different projects over the past five years. While this gave me diverse exposure, frequent transitions became challenging because I had to re-establish myself each time. Just as I gained strong ownership and stability in a project, it would either conclude or be impacted by cost optimization decisions.

Basically impossible to change your project or choose one that is interesting to you when you are on the bench No budget for trainings and exams No bonuses, promotions are very rare, no budget for salary increase

Staffing is not great - juniors can often end up on projects that they are clear they don't want to do or have the right skills for. Pay is poor - bandings changed dramatically whilst I was there

Depends on project assignment, some teams have heavier workload than others.

Management Culture Tech stack Turnaround time on anything Tech security so rigid you can't even do your job Constant tech issues, you spend more time dealing with that than anything else. Constant forced restarts that always result in issues. This is a soulless organisation. Every small thing that should be straight forward you have to email a faceless email address or log a ticket but good luck getting a response. It's truly amazing so many people are choosing to work here. I have not spoken to a single colleague who enjoys working here.
