To many works in less hours

not bad, good for freshers

Slow growth if tagged to internal projects

Nothing much. I wish they allowed more employee share purchase at discount.

Not enough meaningful work. Heavy focus on just slide making rather than delivering value.

Promotion is slow and increase in pay is almost nonexistent.

Difficult to find project which align with your future goals. Assignment is based on availability

Top management heavy which makes it difficult bro be promoted timeously

Management could have been better. Variable pays are not given 100%, always around 60-70%

We were acquired and the transition process was messy with poor communication.

Poor Management. The salary looks inflated. A lot of variable pay in the composition

Regardless of effort put in, growth seems to be at a standstill. Performing 1 or 2 levels above your title will likely not receive a promotion, met with excuses like not enough in the budget or promotion slots are full.

Just prepare yourself from everything but Accenture is a very good company

No salary rise for 3 years even when all things were done as expected. All the time they say the same things like its bad situation in the world which can be told every year. Very bad VM setups for doing developer work. Clients usually doesnt know what they want and managers either.

Salary Not new learning according to career

Poor communications from Leadership and Corporate

Company seems to be struggling of late and the push for AI is good, but AI products need improvement

- Rotational shifts if you are in support projects - Base location can be changed only after 2 years by self - Trainings never ends🥲
