Senior sap basis consultant
Good SAP projects. Learning is good.
Very less or no salary hike
Application support analyst
Good perks and health insurance
No good increment or bonus
Site visit coordinator
was able to build a network with local providers.
micromanagement from senior leadership. Leadership also lacked responsiblity and continuely blamed those under them.
Digital marketing senior manager
Work from home, great team, lots of learning opportunity
No pay increases in years, minimal promotions, constant layoff fears
Capture manager
Amazing place to work and accelerate your career if you manage to find the right team and have good management.
Huge company so when it comes to promotion it all feels very impersonal and rigid and not particularly reflective of your personal performance. Way too much governance.
Associate software engineer
Decent pay for a fresher Occasional team outings
Ambiguity in job safety Work expectation after log off time Hike in salary could be slow and less
Anonymous employee
scope for learning, we can do different certifications
for my present experience no cons i am in the learning phase

Nice culture and people, good benefits.
Very low increase for employees who stay with the company.

Recognition is good. Work-life balance is average. Projects are interesting.
No pay rise for 5 years now. Don't expect one. The management will do everything in their power to not give you one, despite recognition awards and meeting every deadline and target. Expect to spend days doing "side of desk" rubbish that bears no relation to your role or skillset, but if you don't do one, they'll use it as a reason to withhold a pay rise. Now forced to work back in the office despite the entire workforce being able to work from home effectively, securely and more efficiently in my opinion.
Consultant
Teammates are great and knowledgeable
minimal raises and promos across the company for several years is really starting to wear on morale
Packaged app development associate
It's good company to start as a fresher WFO policy - 1/2 day office rest WFH
No growth No hikes. Sometimes terrible management depending on project
Specialist
Good benefits, workplace and people
Low salary than the current market
Decision scientist consultant
Leadership is kind in overall.
Minimal hikes Minimal bonus Growth a bit slow
Data consultant
It pays well enough, and as a nomadic citizen I can work remotely for clients around the country.
Management is nonexistent, so visibility of efforts or growth are not recognized. A lot of US based talent is being phased out, as offshore talent is cheaper for the company. Some contracts are so fast paced and workload heavy, just to bring in "support" to manage what you've built and they can move you somewhere else. Such is the consulting way, but it would be nice to set roots with a client after building trust and putting in so much effort. Additionally, no raises or promotions in my entire time at the company, which is common for Accenture now.
Senior software engineer
Work life balance is good
Nothing , every thing is good
Good hikes and Appraisals.WFH policy is good.
Too much pressure and stringent deadlines
Data engineer

Good company less salary comp

Gain experience and skills based on your previous performance and skills, even not related to the job, because it isually is a internal promotion so you are assessed under what you have done in the project, not on your previous experiences.
Low salary. No salary increase per year - it can take a couple of years to get the increase: in 5 years at Accenture I got 2 salary increases, and this is globally for Accenture, as it goes for levels... if a L13 gets their 7% salary increase, the L12 and L11, L10 etc also will get (not sure about higher management though...)
Packaged app development associate manager
good company to work for for growth
too much bureaucracy. lots of non essential work
Good Culture Good Bonus Good Projects
Very slow promotions / hikes for freshers
Associate manager
It all depends on project. If you get into good project then you life will be good. If not, then it can be worse.
Sometimes, maintaining work life balance can be a challenge.
Packaged app development analyst
Flexible work culture and projects
Less percentage of variable pay component is given
Customer service representative
They take very good care of their employees and actively support their professional development.
While the company offers strong development opportunities, the compensation is less competitive compared to other firms.
Health admin associate
5 days working from home
Good for freshers so go ahead
Ample opportunities for clearing the certifications.
Projects Cross skill and sustainability in case non preferred skill
Senior manager
Large business with Fortune 500 clients and lots of tools at your disposal
Overly systematic processes slow down work
Technical lead
Opportunity to work with large enterprise clients Good learning exposure and diverse projects
Job security heavily depends on reporting manager Favoritism impacts performance ratings and growth PIP process sometimes feels target-driven rather than performance-driven. Annual attrition/exit targets create constant pressure Lack of transparency in performance evaluation criteria Limited protection if not part of the “favored” group High stress environment due to fear of layoffs
Ai/ml computational science analyst
Good office, good team, just started
There's nothing wrong that I've faced
Aml investigator
The organization stands out for delivering large-scale regulatory transformation programs, including KYC remediation, transaction monitoring optimization, and sanctions screening frameworks.
keep updating yourself, or its gonna be tough. Stick to the basic and be strong
Process associate
great exposure and brand name
sometimes work is too much
Corporate development
Interesting project work; Flexible working environment; Opportunities to learn and grow; AI opportunities; Good work-life balance
Limited promotion opportunities in Corp Functions; Overall bureaucracy
Transaction coordinator
Good benefits, can acquire shares through their program, retirement program
management drama, mostly under manager level.
Manager
If you don’t want to be promoted it’s easy to just survive
Hard to climb the stairs
Good environment Supporting mentors Work life balance
There are no cons here
- name on cv - clients
- a number and not a person - brutal rankings in review sessions - unclear processes - network based value rather than delivery and contribution - side of desk is a big part of getting prompted
The Company is great and you will learn a lot of things from them.
Just prepare yourself from everything but Accenture is a very good company
Good development into management role Learn by doing Can you as much or as little you want Flexible working hours International opportunities
Competitive within same team (sometimes toxic) No clear feedback on performance No pay rises - received pay cut for changing location after no pay rise in 3 years (not even inflation) Promotions based on slots and network, not only merit
Senior analyst
work life balance, good pay
no cons as i experienced
Custom software engineering sr analyst
-Many options for projects in tech -Many opportunities to learn -Friendly coworkers usually -Company has a lot of events going on
-Projects are at the mercy of clients, and you can be taken off a project for any reason by client -Easy to get pigeonholed -Sometimes company bills as you more experienced to clients than you actually are which raises expectations from you -If in technology, sometimes feel not as in tune to company culture since more focused on client work than general accenture busines -long hours are somewhat of an expecations on certain projects, dont be surprised if manager casually asks that you can work on a weekend -Sometimes drought of projects, especially with offshoring
Great benefits, reputation, talent, and exit opportunities.
Support structure is occasionally lacking
You get time to work on yourself
No learning and projects so chill
Good environment, good people, good engagement
Bad career options and project you get is random
Content writer analyst
Benefits are okay. Has a lot
No growth at all. 2 years at this role with no growth.

Wouldn’t say much as it is a service based company, it was a ok company for starting your career.
Salary can be increased a little more for freshers
-competitive salary -flexible hours -decent work/life balance
-no upward mobility -lack of promotion possibility
