Manager
- Supportive management doing what they are able to help you & your career - Intellectually challenging work (unless you're working at dead-end repetitive projects) - Opportunity to solve interesting problems & do meaningful innovations
- Due to its size, it requires rigid inflexible systems that hinders much more often than helps. We are but cogs in the machine, and a "case-by-case basis" consideration is a miracle. - Too many moving pieces, you require an excellent sense of stakeholder navigation and understanding of where the political currents are going, aligning yourself as needed - Generally nice people, but some people likes to spread gossip perhaps because it's hard for them to navigate upwards. Unfortunately for them upper management sees them as the issue. - At a certain level, due to the global market conditions, getting promotions are extremely hard. You can easily find yourself with more responsibility, but the compensations will eventually lag behind.

Good benefits like HMO coverage even for senior citizen dependents. HMO package is competitive, you have access on medicine delivery and you can do online check ups anytime. In terms of career, huge growth opportunity depending on the project. Company also supports you to have trainings and certifications and bootcamps. Junior resources are often guided well by seniors unlike on other companies where there is rarely adjustment period for new joiners and juniors.
You either have a good project where there is growth and work-life balance but if you have a bad project then sometimes it might feel like survival. Still, there are a lot of good projects here if you're working for tech. Promotions and salary raises can be delayed.
