Great, talented people and interesting client work
Poor executive leadership and culture
employee culture is best in accenture
promotion and hike are very much slow or percentage you will get is very much irritating. internal politics is very bad.
Accenture works with companies all over the world, so you get exposure to a ton of industries. • Lots of projects involve new tech, digital transformations, and cloud stuff — you’re constantly picking up new skills. • There’s a clear path to move up, and plenty of training, though work-life balance can be hit or miss depending on the project.
Work-life balance can be tough on some projects, especially with tight deadlines or client demands. • Because it’s so big, it can sometimes feel bureaucratic, and getting decisions or approvals can take longer than expected.
Lots of resources for learning, friendly environment, decent package
Can get lost in the big crowd like any other large consultancy
Perfect for consultant-oriented individuals especially if you want to join the MBB
Not for beginner. Consulting roles need experienced people
Got work from home facility
Not so good for experienced people of the project is not good
Work Life Balance, Stability Work Environment
Less bonus and hike in internal projects
-Dynamic place -Great place to start to gain experience -Learn a lot
-At a certain point it remain stagnant -Difficult to move in level -Low salary -Poor work/life balance
The company is good and supportive
The company needs to work on yearly hikes
