Less Salary Less Hike Some projects are toxic

There are some projects that felt like it’s hard to move up the ranks. Took me 3 years to level up compared to when I was at a different project

no salary hike or promotion

Given Accenture’s size and scale it can feel like a very bureaucratic, corporate and efficiency orientated place.

If will get the different project roles when start u career as fresher ,most of the time u will on bench

You work like a dog and don’t get pay well

Less or no yearly increments

Salary Compensation is not that good. Promotions are delayed.

Very demanding work environment, hard to promote

nothing to mention had a good stay at the company
