Working here feels more like a full overseas experience than a local one. The company promotes itself as a diverse workplace, but as a Canadian, I often feel like the minority. Most employees, including management, come from a single cultural background, and their working style has significantly shaped the company. While I value the idea of diversity, it shouldn’t come at the expense of making local employees feel like outsiders in their own country - nor should it require us to adapt to a toxic work culture brought in from elsewhere.

Project might matter a lot more than your performance

Toxic environment, no increase .

bench time is high you cant choose the typr of project you want to work with

Hike and Promotion are very difficult

Larger teams more competitive Work needs to be made visible

Salary is the main problem here and the career level movement.
