• RTO if you're in bench • Below average base pay • Mediocre increase if you're homegrown • Chances where you'll be put into support roles are high • Bad if you have specific niche in mind • Your overall exp will depend on your project • There are projects that won't allow you to roll off easily.

Project stability by luck. And of course, office politics and glorified ot hours without proper compensation.
