I have worked on four different projects over the past five years. While this gave me diverse exposure, frequent transitions became challenging because I had to re-establish myself each time. Just as I gained strong ownership and stability in a project, it would either conclude or be impacted by cost optimization decisions.

Basically impossible to change your project or choose one that is interesting to you when you are on the bench No budget for trainings and exams No bonuses, promotions are very rare, no budget for salary increase

Staffing is not great - juniors can often end up on projects that they are clear they don't want to do or have the right skills for. Pay is poor - bandings changed dramatically whilst I was there
