Pros

No pros come to mind. This organisation is a CIRCUS. I have never been happier to leave a job in my 15 year career. For a tech focused consultancy their tech stack sucks. Every single thing you want to get done is painful. No one takes any accountability and everything has to go through so many layers for approval it takes weeks. The only positive thing I can say is they do have a really good training platform, if you have enough time to make the most of it.

Cons

Management Culture Tech stack Turnaround time on anything Tech security so rigid you can't even do your job Constant tech issues, you spend more time dealing with that than anything else. Constant forced restarts that always result in issues. This is a soulless organisation. Every small thing that should be straight forward you have to email a faceless email address or log a ticket but good luck getting a response. It's truly amazing so many people are choosing to work here. I have not spoken to a single colleague who enjoys working here.
