Poor Pay, Night shifts, Less growth

it can get hectic sometimes

the job is not remote, everyday office

Too much of repetitive work

Regardless of effort put in, growth seems to be at a standstill. Performing 1 or 2 levels above your title will likely not receive a promotion, met with excuses like not enough in the budget or promotion slots are full.

None that I can think of

For some project the management is not that much competitive

Very less or no salary hike

No employee compensation consideration even with visible profits

Nothing as much. Depends on the project
