Not much growth in terms of compensation and technical capabilities

Mostly on bench for most of the time

growth and hike is slow

less salary and less hike

Full of night shifts if you are working for a particular client

Nothing as of now i see

They don’t care about employee while putting in pip.its just cost cutting for them without any valid reason They do not include parents in the insurance policy

Long hours, burnout, expectations not always realistic

Mandatory office everyday for most employees

Mostly on bench for most of the time
