People are very curious about what you do and many have strong opinions about it. I got in a couple of unwanted altercations because people had feelings about surveillance or seemed to target me as being a specifically terrible driver because of the car (I drove many years before and after street view and never met the same amount of vitriol), Low pay but, again, the job was very easy.

to many management changes in the last year

Extremely poor upper management over the past 5 years in the USA. Out of touch and no idea what is going on in the field. No merit increases for years even for branches exceeding budget goals. In addition the company brought in new inexperienced people making more then tenured proven professionals.

lots of time away from home

The organization change every year, there is a lot of turn over in the management team. The strategy is not always very clear. Shareholders regularly impose budget restrictions, such as limiting travel to the strict minimum (no more regional meetings), no more budget for Christmas meals, etc.

Very stingy in giving a raise and you have struggle a lot to get a good pay raise even though you perform exceptionally well.

they hire saying they have work then several months go by and they fire you because they have no work. the way they treat people is weird .

The salaries are ridiculously low in comparison to other staffing agencies of similar size and no matter how much we complain management does not seem to care AT ALL that salaries are not competitive.

Being too good of a worker gets you taken advantage of. Supervisors will move you around to pick up someone else's slack when they're getting paid the exact same as you for doing a bad job.

Management can be too misleading, and comes across as fake.

No room for improvement within the company

Decisions being made at EMEA level without thorough knowledge of the national market/situation- no local autonomy for driving innovation and results Lack of strategy and Top Management team to lead the change. CZ has no Country Manager Bonus schemes modified suddenly, every year - awful communication process
