100% remote so loss of office culture and training is more difficult. No dedicated admins

The higher management does not know what it wants, but it wants it NOW. We are constantly pressured with very tight deadlines, without being said what exactly we have to do. In the end, we need to redo everything 6-7-8-9-10 times and more. Would say that this is a huge waste of time and talent. Most of my colleagues quit before they had 6 months in the company, the rest of us is now seriously considering it.

Total company restructure every year or 2. Waves of layoffs based on snap decision making by upper management. In my 12 month stint I went through 5 managers. Company had 3 different CEOs in just over a year. Low Pay, Ungrateful clientele, Coworkers are miserable and are given goals that they cannot meet based on client performance.

Do not find any cons

Only if u are a full time employee you will be treated good. If you are a contractor then you might not enjoy working here

- Worst employee benefits - No leave encashment policy (they wont even inform you) - Stingy to a great extent (they will count even weekends to not pay you sometimes) - No proper response to employee queries

No transparency, no latency and no urgency when you need help. They delayed my my first check my nearly 2 weeks and when I tried to contact payroll it just sent me to voicemail and on a search for a representative which lead me to nowhere. The only way I was able to get some help was by leaving early from work and going to the main building for assistance...
