Pay is minimal and work load is a lot!

After resigning properly they will not reply to me about my queries. They did not even respond to my calls and messages.

Their a little disorganized and they lack communication.

Are hard to get in contact with a representative, both by email and phone, and can take weeks to have someone respond.

Leadership doesn't listen to their employees and want to hire cookie cutter models for workers instead of accepting individually.

remote location - need own car - no buses late at night and 5 km walk to Liverpool to get a night rail bus Workload various a lot - Adecco offer shifts through a phone app - they may withdraw - shifts may be cut short to the minimum of 4 hours if work runs out.

Lead don't have basic ethnics how to talk with team and top management is least bother about it. All time threat of losing job.

Around the clock working and commission is little to none.

Insurance rates may increase, Depreciation over time

Low pay, not much respect given, no advancement.

there is a specific manager in this organisation who doesn't value its team and treats them like puppets I have no idea how he became a manager of this organisation no leadership value no team building nothing everything depends on this managers mood and thats the way how he will treat his team for the rest of the day. Very dissapointing to see such kind of managers in an organisation which js ranked under fortune 500

High turnover rate, understaffed, and a bad induction process for new joiners. Team leader can be very biased and tend to borderline bullying team members. One of the Team Manager, an expat, pressured a new joiner into quitting, and limits the role a senior consultant can work on because he doesn't favor the person. Rates ladies based on their looks and not on qualification. No help from management, many quit because of the volatile structure and changing reporting line. Can be a daunting place for newcomers

Bad place, bad culture, the employees are fighting all the time, the management only care a bout the money they make.

- For manager role, the salary structure can not reflect job loading - Responsibilities high - cover personal and team sales goal, but you do not have higher manager allowance for extra loading duties - leading team, manager report, and endless meetings

What they say do not implement. Constant pressure jobs. Yes on paper policy is 5 working days..but..Even they make employees to work on Sundays sometimes...so not trustworthy if you can't keep your policies n words. Lack of detailed explanations

Management in upper level is boys club and it can be a toxic environment and clear favourites.

They have high turn over. I had 9 managers in a 2 year period. Corporate office is only happy when the stock holders are happy. Constant changes to processes and kpi's. Feel like you might get laid off every quarter even if you meet or exceed goals.

Very worst company they loot the money No job security No proper information for employee Firstly they will behave smoothly unless and untill u join after u join they will make u to work with out offer letter for 2 months and lot of salary issues after two months No proper responses for the employees here employees only work for their incentives after getting the incentives they will not even care what goes wrong arround u and very rude behavior , later after 6 months their contract will come to over they will make issue of the BGV and tell that ur BGV has been failed and so we cant give a full and final settlement tottally very worst company consultant in the world.
