Junior roles focus Many approval process

Salary is not up to market standard and too much of Process

Timesheet submission must be in-person. Small tiny con, other than that all good.

Everything management is horrible these days!

A lot of systems that slow down progress but they are working on it

The salaries are ridiculously low in comparison to other staffing agencies of similar size and no matter how much we complain management does not seem to care AT ALL that salaries are not competitive.
