Only Japanese matters in here. Manager do not think too much on what the locals think at all.

This is a company that has much to grow as an organisation in order to expand its business.

1. There is still lacking back office team members and it seems that the management did not seem to put more attention to it 2. Communication issues, could be with the approval line/language barrier 3. Work environment seems to be difficult to have remote working

Carrer grows is not so much

It can be overwhelming at times but still a great opportunity for a stepping stone

less job security can fire you anytime

Not a good start for people who just started out in recruitment industry. OJT, not much guidance compared to what was communicated during interview. Only guided as to what you cannot say but not to what you should say. No guidance to how you should screen your candidates. Definitely be a struggle if you’re completely new and clueless in the industry as everyone is just in for themselves, not much of team work. Would recommend people who are looking to start in this industry to go for MNCs
