Good and friendly colleagues around
Cons
Only Japanese matters in here. Manager do not think too much on what the locals think at all.

I appreciate an environment where there are many growth opportunities and colleagues to grow with. I aim to continue embracing new challenges based on woderful experiences here.
This is a company that has much to grow as an organisation in order to expand its business.
1. Lots of possibilities to create and improve tasks 2. Openness toward new projects 3. Friendly and warm welcoming peers and some of the managers/leaders
1. There is still lacking back office team members and it seems that the management did not seem to put more attention to it 2. Communication issues, could be with the approval line/language barrier 3. Work environment seems to be difficult to have remote working
you can learn many industrial knowlage
Carrer grows is not so much
Provides a lot of things for you to develop yourself
It can be overwhelming at times but still a great opportunity for a stepping stone
less pressure of work in the company
less job security can fire you anytime
- Supportive teammates and manager - Good place to work as a fresh graduate, since training is provided - Challenging working style, which enable me to challenge myself to strive better - Open communication
- The office is quite quiet
able to learn about recruitment
very strict culture they have here
Nice colleagues. Can get off work on time. No forced OT, but the Japanese colleagues generally stayed over the working hours If experienced in the industry, definitely a good place to stay as most of the longer staying staff are still in the company
Not a good start for people who just started out in recruitment industry. OJT, not much guidance compared to what was communicated during interview. Only guided as to what you cannot say but not to what you should say. No guidance to how you should screen your candidates. Definitely be a struggle if you’re completely new and clueless in the industry as everyone is just in for themselves, not much of team work. Would recommend people who are looking to start in this industry to go for MNCs
Good for fresh grads who seek for recruitment line
Nothing to think of for now
