A good platform to start your career as they are a generalist company
Cons

Sales and KPI dirven Japanese style management
friendly and supportive team member
1. All EL, MC and Unpaid leave will affect your evaluation mark and increment rate 2. Commission scheme is lowest in the recruitment market 3. High turnover rate 4. Every 2 months required to change seating for better communication 5. Company does not practice open communication 6. The GM is not professional in dealing feedback from staff 7. The management has a favourite staff member and whole company know that person 8. Very sales oriented company but no sales direction 9. Always changing company policy 10. No company benefit, increment in this company is very low (below RM50) 11. Management always say RA RS CA are the same tier. In actual tiering RA > RS > CA 12. No WFH, GM set sky high KPI and request staff to achieve the target to have WFH option. This is NOT a staff benefit 13. Staff share issue to HR Team, but Management is not open to feedback 14. No food allowed at work except certain hour 15. Too frequent meeting during working hours with the GM repeating the same thing shared in the morning meeting
Good company to work in
Very strict rules to follow
Good training, Good atmosphere, Good MD,
stress sometimes as Japanese style
- We can learn a lot of things from this environment - A lot of company events for fun together - Good company policy
- Sometimes faces difficulties to adjust market
Decent work load and WLB.
Not much honestly. The more you can place the more money you make. As simple as it gets
Reeracoen Singapore gave me the platform to explore the world of recruitment despite having minimum experience. Despite the diverse and multi-cultural environment, everyone here seems to share common goals. Everyone is so supportive of each other's growth.
So far I have yet to encounter any downside.
Friendly Environment Can learn a lot of skill
KPI is slightly high and not easy to achieve
They manage your day by plotting your calendar with candidates that management "screened" so you have work to do throughout the day. So you are good to go if you are look for a stress-free job, then this is the place to be.
Too rigid, top management down, does not always have meals together and mostly stuck in the office for lunch. Only Japanese can be the one fronting the client and no locals
