Associate consultant
Good location to work and commute.
Lack of management, lack of necessary communication or explanation, unfair evaluation.
Recruitment consultant
- A good place to start as a fresh graduate. - Salary offered is quite competitive in the market, although commission is lower compared to other recruitment firm. But they are not stingy in terms of increment if you are able to perform in sales. - Good and friendly colleagues. Not much of politics in office.
- Ineffective training. They do not have a definite guidelines in training, which in return proven to be ineffective and unproductive. The person who provided training isn't really qualified and do not have really deep industrial knowledge. - Always come out with new management rules and regulations but did not enforce it properly. At the end, it'll just go back to square one. - Do not have a measurement on how well should I perform. If you are doing great but not the most excellent, you will be left out. - Favoritism at its finest. - There is like a NCS test almost every month to test your knowledge about company motto, vision etc. I find it really wasting time and absurd. If a employee truly value your company, he/she do not need this test to remember it. Plus answers are provided during the exam. So, the whole point of exam is quite pointless.

Great working environment, love the team.
a bit unconnected between department.
Warehouse worker
Company culture was good enough
Nothing special all good at all
None that I can think off
- Extremely poor benefits, only 10 days of annual leave, no medical benefits, no anything - Segregation between locals and native Japanese staff, the branch manager thinks that the Japanese are very good while the locals are dirt. - Staff keep leaving within 6 months, terrible turnover rate. - Very micromanaging, daily 9am, 1pm and 6pm meetings to report what you have done.
Full time worker
can work from home everyday
I have nothing to complain about
Careers adviser
- nice colleagues - free coffee, milo - transportation allowances - increment twice a year based on your sales performance - peaceful - CNY dinner, Chritmas Part, annual dinner
- eating in the office only allowed after 3pm - fewer challenges and limited room to grow and learn - immature management - many fresh grads - no proper training - not worth to stay too long - no standard sop, rules keep changing at the time
Recruitment advisor
a lot of seniors that is willing to share their knowledge
not much development programe implement
Anonymous employee
- Extremely helpful and friendly colleagues - Lower stress level compared to other recruitment firms - Good platform to be exposed to Japanese culture - Although commission is not attractive, but they pay you well through increment and incentives
- Rigid management structure - If you don't speak Japanese or like their culture, you have no advantage at all - Weak management team (inexperienced, messy and stubborn) - Does not welcome differing opinions - Messy internal structure - Restricted career growth - Too much of micro management - Lack of proper training for fresh graduates

Good platform to start your career with very supportive members and management.
