Micromanaged, even though lunch time. Funny management team. Only 10 minutes when you walk to colleague place and only work related things can be discuss. No freedom to talk at office. Ifyou cannot meet KPI, then is your hardworking problem, no other reason. They will "encourage" you to use your own time(after office hour) to work.

Colleagues are patient and great to work with, there is an ample room for a newcomer to make mistakes and subsequently learn from them. Reeracoen Group's exposure to a wide range of industry as a recruitment agency is a good point if you are new to recruitment or would like to be in a position where there are no restraints to the types of roles you want fill.
