Nothing to complain because AIA is good

poor management, TL no empathy when you applied TIME OFF(emergency), provided reason need apply early but dont understand "emergency"= how to apply early~ She never understand staff and ONLY need staff commit OT(even not promised, because she want completed task by (upper management). IF YOU WANT SAVE MONEY, NO JAM LIFE=CAN GO~ BUT MUST RAN if enough saving ~

Work load is not good

Nature of business. Compensation, including inflationary and promotional increments for staff, do not reflect its "big" name.

self motivated so you need to be on your own back
