poor management, TL no empathy when you applied TIME OFF(emergency), provided reason need apply early but dont understand "emergency"= how to apply early~ She never understand staff and ONLY need staff commit OT(even not promised, because she want completed task by (upper management). IF YOU WANT SAVE MONEY, NO JAM LIFE=CAN GO~ BUT MUST RAN if enough saving ~
