Too many changes of top management, inconsistent decisions and in return we got transferred to another departments for too many times, not allowing us to gain a proper experience

Due to the job nature, always work under pressure and tight timeline. Work at a very fast pace with multiple projects on-hand. A work life integration culture. Most likely work over 10 hours a day, Work over the weekend is possible depends on the job nature.
