Too heavy workload. Unclear expectation. No direction. Many internal drama.

Disorganised, not as much strategic thinking, lack progression opportunities, hardworking staff taken for granted

the overall pay is not competitive and inconsistent. Career advancement is only for top management team.

Requires you to work in the office most of the time.

- pushing staff over the cliff - management and HOD change everything become messy and pushed too hard. Manager push TL's and end up processor have to face this. - High volume cases & manager always push staff to do OT even it is not compulsory but still they force you in their way. - Case assignment messy and expected staff to complete this by hook or by crook even you have difficulties and requires to attend people asking non-stop which time consuming to processor. - Trainer or KM worst. Processor have difficulties and they expect we understand this completely when SOP have been review but still when we asked they always giving that "don't ask stupid question kinda vibes" - Seniors work for over 3-4 years very superior and expect we understand all task by 3-6 months and don't teach processor in a good way. - Toxic environment - Manager always change plan today A later then Z and not consistent. - Over hire staff and now they wanted to push processor eventho the volume case gave reduce & wanted processor to feel stress and tender. THE WORST! - CEO is okay and very thoughtful always take action what require to change and moving forward - No career development even if you have work 3 years and so on. Management very selected to who they wanted to promoted

A stressful environment to work on with an unsupportive manager and political peers. Furthermore, we are often beaten up by unreasonable customers and agents.

Not much worklife balance. Only 1 work from home day.

Sadly this list is embarrassingly long. As a people manager who is asked repeatedly to reduce head count, due to excessive agressive untenable targets, it’s the people who pay. They are underpaid. Over worked. Are treated terribly. HR have no skills. People are on claim (and AIA claim to be a leader in healthier longer better lives) Despite raising genuine issues ,they are all swept under the carpet and covered up with lies. I am embarrassed to work here and finding employment elsewhere cannot come soon enough. If you raise issues you are managed out. If you speak up about poor behaviour you are managed out - so, employees looking to join AIA be warned. Act like a robot, be a robot and you will be fine.

Heavy workload due to many cases, require to do OT almost everyday. No work-life balance

- Not open for full time Work from home arrangements

- Management is incompetent - No worklife balance, constantly have to OT - OT payment has to be pre-approved, sometimes they don't even pay you your OT - Real time productivity monitoring software, management expects you to work like robots

Terrible work life balance. So many structural changes meaning teams are left short staffed without enough people to do the work. People doing two roles are getting burn out and no financial reward. Lack of admin support to help - people are becoming zombies. Ceo is losing respect of the people. Used to be a great place to work, now it’s just like a factory.
