relatively low salary, difficult to have opportunity for promotion

Senior management in Digital+ IT is classless, horrific and has the worst leadership qualities. Makes you wonder what group EXCO is doing on a day to day basis. You go speak to people on various departments and they will tell you that they’re under constant stress and pressure primarily because of senior management who just does whatever they want to highlight themselves. Even if that means that their own team members are put under the bus at every turn. Seemingly to assure that the company is progressive, unqualified women who has no leadership, team management and people management skills are constantly promoted. Wonder if the management has ever considered what the teams under “these women leaders” are fairing. Or maybe they just don’t care as long as it can seem as if the company is being progressive. The only reason that many employees are staying in the organisation is due to the salary. The moment they find a better position they leave. I’m glad i did anyway because this place just takes away your sanity and joy to work

Can feel restricted because of size and nature of the business

Chasing KPI each quarter. Lower pay.

Over time for each employee
