The company offers competitive pay, great 401K, bonuses, and a good amount of vacation and holidays. The group of guys I work with are great.
They are making a lot of changes with their healthcare benefits for 2017, so we will just have to see how things go with that. It seems that there is micommunication when dealing with equipment that needs to be repaired.

Work to staffing need is unrealistic. Need to increase headcount in order to take it to the next level. Company is full of micromanagers that can't hand over responsibility, but are happy to keep you accountable. As a small company, you are limited on how far you can go unless you are ID'ed as a Superstar
