Worklife balance - Good school of life - Competences - Possibility to work with a lot of different industries -
Possibility to grow if you are not who you should be = none. It's really hard to have an international exposure Low level of management team
Manager
Colleagues on the ground are generally very nice, willing to help each other.
Red flags everywhere: no standard HR policies, high leadership turnover, and a total lack of transparency. The company has moved away from valuing experience, retrenching top-tier GM-level talent and replacing them with inexperienced 'talkers.' Secretive layoffs and a refusal to acknowledge market salary benchmarks make it clear that employee loyalty is not a priority

Hardworking colleagues make work more enjoyable
No work life balance and too fast paced
Anonymous employee
The best part was people - some of the nicest people I met in my life work at Air Liquide. Management understands the importance of work-life balance and promotes it.
One downside which some people might feel is compensation and benefits as compared to others in similar jobs. Other than that, it's a good company to work with.
Chemical engineer
The people are great! You can develop a great network with a great work culture.
Getting promoted and moving within the company is a lot harder than the company portrays.
Hse manager
-Great employee friendly benefits -Great culture and organization
- More footfall in India
Production technician
Good safety culture, management encourages best practices, and job security.
Pay is under standard for chemical operators, at the same time more is asked of them in the way of work and responsibility.
Nothing really stands out to me
Horrible management and they don’t care about promoting you
Project manager
learning opportunities, global project development....
The culture to meet new technology.
Business development manager
Differentiated offering, value added products and services, stimulating work
speed of action, limited career growth
