Process operator
By far the best group of co-workers and managers that I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
They start you out at $32-$35/hr and you have to fight for every penny, they have reduced shifts to one-man shifts, yes, you heard that right. They fill the vacancies they created with contract operators, Individuals who are highly qualified and in need of a job or completely underqualified which comes with some challenges. The qualified operators love the atmosphere but cannot stay due to the pay rate and of course they move on. Meanwhile, the underqualified "operators" stay and offer no real help in the long term. It is very unfortunate.

i admired the company for giving high regards towards safety...the pay is competitive enough
if you aim for work-life balance, then this is not for you. sometimes the work can be physically and mentally challenging, should the plant equipments failed.

Contract manager
Hybrid Flexible schedule Dont know what to say it was a very bad experience
Terrible manager, who has been recently hired just because of connections, no management skills whatsoever. Manager somehow always is "too busy for you" Manager bad mouthing/blaming employees all the time. Frustrated team members No proper onboarding or any kind of support for newcomers. Just some silly powerpoint slideshows and that's it! You have to figure out everything on your OWN! Not a diverse work environment, terrible place for an expat. Left before 6 months.
