Lack of coorperation across function

Organization runs very lean, and can be slow with making decisions.

Starting salary is just over the minimum wage! Its very, very, low. Hence any real talent tends to leave after a couple of years max. People on the older contracts earn nearly twice as much as new workers for the same role. This causes division. Long term managers are set in their ways, on older contracts, and are unwilling to address real issues, hence, the workplace can be toxic somtimes. Health and safety matters and dosent matter, its a tick the box excersise used to cover certian managers, faked, and used to bully employees when needed. No healthcare, No pension.

- Vacation policy is restricting. 15 days for 0-9 years, 20 days for 10-19 years, 25 days for 20+ years of company service. Days don't roll over year to year - Compensation doesn't always meet market conditions. No major increases above inflation since covid began

Unexperienced management, no extra time recovery policy

Salaries are not that high.

Upper management hard to deal with somtimes

The pay is very low and not according to market. You have to be into the politics and play your part in order to get ahead. The yearly performance reviews are terrible and upper management decides your reviews, which is how they keep the bonuses low for the employee, bonuses are very low not unless you are director or higher and yearly increase are very low to none.

Absolutely narrow career channel in R&D Asia. Researchers are being hired to handle specific projects and there is no big vision for his/her career. Unexpectedly huge turn over rate. HR and GMs avoid the employees’s concern over career growth. Very disappointed with the world renowned MNC. Employees end up doing the same job even after years of experience. No change in scope of responsibility.
