The management does not know how to be a people person and she is very combative to new ideas

Communication is poor and is often confusing. Options to work all days or all nights are not presently available outside of a medical accommodation. The compensation for the work performed has been slow in coming to fruition.

Large company and slow decision making

No operational leadership for structure and organization of tasks and processes which leads to financial decisions and not efficiency or productivity based ones

Company politics made the environment sometimes unbearable. Really concerned about company image and takes it into account when hiring.

Low starting salary for fresh graduates. Not competitive salary compared to market rates.

Short-sighted, set-up cost-based management decisions Sometimes blaze with high-risk topics French :)

After the interview, I emailed a thank you note and I got nothing back from them. After 3 weeks, i asked about the progress and nothing had every came back to me.

Everyone's duties always being expanded.
