Flexible working time and good trainig system to employees. Almost every employee has a percent bonus based on the company performance.

Very complicated matrixed organization and slow response to make decision. Too many meeting to discuss the same issue. Young employee lack opportunity in important projects and can't find a place to feedback to senior management. Actually not open enviorment for employee to say something. Not many benefits or compensation to emplyees.

The people who work at Air Products are friendly and typically helpful. Management tries to limit layoffs, although we still have been affected by the economy.
Cons
There is little chance for advancement. Compensation is not the best. Not sure if acquiring Airgas is the correct path for the company.
