Managed poorly, pay is decent but not high enough considering the risk. The chemicals are extremely dangerous/lethal. The rules only apply to some people. There is no accountability.

More work than people, prioritisation is becoming an individual rather than managerial responsibility. This makes the environment vibrant but stressful

Work mandatory overtime and receive no compensation as a salaried employee. High school environment...if you're not in the 'in group' you are treated poorly.

Medical cost have gone very high

never found a con with this company. Air Products values diversity and innovation. Lots of freedom for creativity mixed in with safety

Very toxic and political culture created over last few years by second in command. In the past people were free to give opinion and raise concern whenever there is issues. Now people just keep quite for the fear of getting fired. Also management needs to stop flying the private jet as we became the the laughing stock of the town. We are pushing energy transition while our carbon foot print by executives does not show.

None that dont exist in other companies.

Location is not good, still far away from major cities. Not many international working opportunities.

- Future of company unclear ever since the Pershing Square equity acquisition - Layoffs over the past 2 years has killed morale across the company - No guidance on future career growth; outside of CDP program (3 year new hire rotational program) there is no clear career path

Big company can move slow at times

Company growth does not translate into personal growth. There is heavy attrition due to stagnation within the organization. Salaries are at the rock bottom of industry, though the executives make a huge amount. Salary increases are nominal. Bonuses are meager. Due to attrition the work load is tremendous. Benefits are average, not a greatest health insurance.

Difficult to advance without a degree.

Continual training could be improved and a lot of turnover right now as the company goes through a change.

As with any global company be prepared to work collaboratively with many regions and time zones. Finding the right work/life balance for each individual is important. Not necessarily anything bad here but a culture change from years ago and the opportunity to meet and learn from many others across the world.

Management - Middle, Senior and especially at the Executive level now run the business for stock price and personal gain. Once a great place to work, now not so much...

The food is not good

management turn over is very high so your work life is determined on what manager you get next.

Long hours.up to 70 hours weekly working with liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen

No visit allowance for short duration

Parking, medical perks should be improved

City is boring and not much to do
