Although safety is very important, sometimes their high aversion to risks get in the way of sales and profits.
Legal manager
less work-load and leaving the office at the regular time
annoying working practices e.g. just follow Korean boss' instructions
Anonymous employee
Overall, good group of people to work with. Good cafeteria and fitness center. Kind of flexible working schedule. Well Established Work Practices
Compensation not in line with industry. Not enough trainning to develop. Limited career advancement opportunities. Long-winded performance review process with unfair matrix type rating system.
Good, engaged and professional people.
Dis-functional culture torn between central absolutism and demanded local ownership (iasked to be "entrepreneurs" without being authorized to make any decision outside of extraneous procedures).
Driver
Some amount of freedom and good working hours. Decent pay and benefits. Friendly atmosphere and working environment. I would say I have a good experience overall.
Some times heavy work and little on the ground support. Broken promises of further training and career advancement and no option but to work weekends
- Culture of continuous improvement - Managers tend to have deep technical and business knowledge - Very well established mechanisms for professional development (e.g. career development program) - High mobility
The size of the company sometimes leads to effort duplication

Large company offering group insurance; Many varied positions available; Many locations across US.
Often makes changes; Often sells off parts of company; Not as family oriented as some companies; Very rigid expectations.
compensation and benefits relative to local area international loosely managed, other than the finances, plenty of opportunity to be creative solid business interesting customers
cutlure is critical not collaborative in-bred and insular many managers born and raised locally, politics prevalent review process is complex and fosters favoritism many of the managers are not the best people for their position
Administrative assistant
Employees were great with learned a lot
no cons on this one
Excellent benefits, high starting salary, many opportunities to explore different roles as a young employee
Top down management strategy, company seems complacent
