Focused solely on industrial gases market which means little room for innovation and new ideas. Also, there benefits we sub-par compared to other company in the area. Started with two weeks vacation and health care options were limited and expensive.

The base pay was low compared to similar roles. There were limited opportunities if you wanted to stay in field sales positions.
