Slow career and salary growth.

- Training provided is limited - Very strict compliance and KPI adherence - If you fail to meet KPI, the whole month you have nothing to claim (provided you cannot justify your poor performance or your justification cannot be accepted by your Team Leader/Supervisor) - You can only know your target-to-hit in mid of a month, which is a frustrating factor as you do not know where you are heading to. This policy is not transparent and therefore you have to put in your 100% to make sure you can get the incentive. - System always lags/hangs. This will significantly affect your performance, whilst the other may not experience the same issue, your justification for this will be rejected by the management. (which will result in you being unable to claim the benefits) - Some promises by the management may not be fulfilled or will be dragged till a day you have forgotten that was such a promise. - No room for career growth - Repetitive work - Have to stay back every weekend to chase your KPIs

Not willing to do investment

The organization is hierarchical and run in SILO. The technology infrastructure and software are backward. Not suitable for individual that is looking for steep learning curve and growth or highly experienced professional that needs space and freedom to bring the organization to the next level.
