Please think twice if got offered to join their regulatory team reporting. Their head dont have fixed direction and always keep changing the direction. Their head got favoritsm and racist.

Must have a strong mentality because it's a super fast pace job. Management will have high expections on call quantity, call quality & sales but low in support/encouragement from TM & management. Can easily triggered burnout or stress. Colleague can be toxic and wrongly used of superiority and you won't feel the career growth since you will remain in the same position unless you quit or move to other department.

work life balance is very overated, for some... some other poor sod have to work overtime till middle of night to help others to finish their work.

Too many. People come and go. Here's a good place to get the experience 1-2 years and use that experience to apply to better bank. Salary at the lower side. Not competitive at all. Reported some issues i encountered to HR, that's the most useless i ever did

Top heavy but executional level have very limited resources. 1 person doing 2 to 3 person's jobs. Some people are overloaded, work long hours, no relief even when on leave, while some are very free. Petty politics, blame game & finger-pointing, depending on department or the boss. No accountability. Many roadblocks and duplicate approval processes. Always cause delays in delivery. Messy and no chance for proper planning. Do what the boss says, no questioning the boss.

High workload, high expectations but cannot pay. Juniors are expected to work more than the seniors. However, new implementation of the performance culture seems to adopt on the bell curve method, so anyone that the boss doesn't like are straight subjected to the bell curve. What's worse is that even juniors can get zero increment and less than 1 month bonus.

Lack of career development and no clear communication from top to down.

Need to manage stress as sometimes working hours too long.
