The working environment could be better

no work life balance,bad people management

Colleagues are not so helpful

1. Leadership style in Digital Financial Product is fear-driven, using a psychological manipulation approach that demotivates employees. 2. Unrealistic expectations are set without clear direction or proper support. 3. High turnover in this department due to poor management and lack of a healthy work environment. 4. Little to no room for constructive feedback or career growth.

workload is a lot , communication with higher managements need to be improved

No ot. Hard to get AL. Non caring management. No incentive for mandarin speakers

Bad culture in some departments where bosses expect you not to back home on time , OT without pay is deemed normal, and technical role is not appreciated.

So far all good, might be need to look back on the lift flow

Smallest bank in Malaysia, more challenging to convince customer

Slow career growth. Overworked and under appreciated, sometimes takes ages/ months to approve the OT. Favouritsm which led the team lead & HOD made biased decisions. Note: Not all departments are having this culture, only certain departments.

Less perks and bonus but still okay

Management direction, style and strategy changes constantly, and front office employees are not rewarded competitively. Top front liners usually leave the bank within a year or two of service

Slow loan process, demotivated when no commission is paid because didn’t hit the KPI. after all the hard work done.

There are loose cannons in the company, sometimes employees get away with outbursts and rage, lack of firm decision and accountability from management

Minimal benefits for staff, bonus so-so.
