Always challenging- Company integration is a real strongpoint. Allnex is big on customer satisfaction and safety. It is a really good place to work. Also paid weekly

The only cons are the 12 hour shifts and 2-3-2 shift and the roatation of days and nights every two weeks

All is a company that provides us an excelent oportunity to develop differents skills and learn about other area also has good salaries and benefits.Also provide a good tools and has clear rules to guide the team.

Unfortunatelly due to the company estruture is very difficult to assume a new position as a lider so we have a good salary and benefits but not a promotion.That situation can be a little bit demotivating.

Small plant with a good market.
Cons
Start off pay was way below average. I heard they went up to 20.00 from 16.00 witch is ok. Had to work every day to make ends meat. Insurance was high. I made the decision to leave when I saw qualified 2 year people that had to beg for raises. No real operator would wait 2 years for 20.00 unless you couldn't gain employment somewhere else. Or was inexperienced.
