Have to work when you’re there.

You will be expected to work weekends and unusual shifts to resolve issues. its also an old plant so there's a lot of issues relating to old equipment. There is also a bit of nepotism

I never complain, I can’t complain.

Global company with too many chiefs. Departments work independently, silo mentality. Multiple meetings with little to no accomplishment. Reports requested from different departments that overlap instead of sharing information. U.S. based employees lost long held positions as their responsibilites were sent overseas.

Nothing bad so far to me, just salary a bit lower than market rate, but for me, it can be accepted because of this nice & flexible working environments.
