Pros

Smart, capable workforce; flexible work schedules; fair compensation

Cons

The Logistics dept is still in a mess. (Customers always complaining late shipments, late documents, inaccurate documents, etc) The Order fulfilment system of the Co is the worst I have seen. It is a company in which if you achieve your numbers, you can even get away with murder. The management will not only just look the other way, they will also support and justify the person's actions. Most of the employees in region know the situation in this particular office and the person who is causing it. Some in the HR cannot do anything about the person, some do not want to do anything, as this person is also on good terms with the Global Business Director & VP. The HR says 'I know that this person is a problem, but *** I am really sorry. I cannot do anything. You know why.....' Sad state of this organization.

Cons

Pros

There is plenty of room for improvement, so those that work hard can be recognized. Management is trying to realign values and priorities with our new ownership.

Cons

Goals are VERY challenging... so much so that it's impossible to achieve them. It seems that the usual conflicting priorities between functional groups is much higher at Allnex than at other companies. There is lack of support for all of the initiatives underway and the result is half-baked implementations.

Pros

Visionary and challenging workplace Manufacturing locations have diversity and employ the community Alpharetta office is quite nice/comfortable and good location Career opportunities Competitive salaries and benefits Meets industry standards to be successful in the marketplace As a whole, the company is evolving and taking on necessary growing pains.

Cons

Inside the company, it's complicated and without standout leadership. Departments share the mission; however, their methods create unnecessary, intense intra-departmental conflicts and critical thinking over load. I personally continue to witness various discriminations based on origin, race and gender. Discipline, therefore is inconsistent and inequitable. The employees who "do" the work, get more work. Conversely, the employees who take the company for a ride get a free ride.
